Self sabotage can be sneaky. What have you witnessed about your very own sabotaging emotions and actions? How can they control you, paralyze you and poison you? 

 
Can you begin to heal and change these feelings? As self indulgent is sneaky, anger and fear have many disguises. 
 
On account of their chameleon such as charms, we often don't question them when they sneak up on us. Fear and anger are amazingly infectious and helps create mountains of sabotaging behaviors. 
 
These dark emotions spread by word, suggestion, imagery, or innuendo. Our responses and behaviors become triggered and originated from fears and resentments we maintain our previous dramas, bring them to the present too. 

If you are backsliding anyplace in your life, somewhere there's self sabotage. Whatever kind it may take, self sabotage constantly diminishes the passion and energy we must satisfy our desires. 
 
Self undermine is the manifestation of the hidden feelings of pity, anger and unworthiness. The feelings are manufactured from years of inner dialogue that doesn't necessarily have to be heard by you anymore. Your body has embraced and conformed to utilizing behaviors that match the belief systems formed by these toxicity feelings. To help motivate us to maintain altering our undesirable behavior and feelings, we need to realize our negative internal dialogue is similar to psychic indigestion. 

Until we redesign all of the unconscious ideas being held in our bodies, we'll continue to live in the distress they create. We'll continue to self undermine our lives and let others undermine our lives as well. 
 
If you wish to shift your models of self undermine to patterns of progression for an existence better, then you must identify how a part of you that feels the shame, anger and unworthiness is working within your life. 

Here are a few steps to assist you move on your way. Pick an area of your life that you try and try again to go over or create better, but you end up sabotaging any successful strides you have made. 
 
What're you gaining from keeping the sabotaging behavior. You're always gaining something. Remember we're self preservationists. We'll protect ourself at all costs from physical and emotional discomfort or pain. 
 
For instance, by procrastinating a report, you are protecting yourself from looking foolish? Or by cheating on a diet, are you scared of failing at something bigger as weight could be a step toward a larger goal? 
 
Could you begin a journal to assist you move through your circumstance or challenge? Could you call a pro to assist you comprehend what it's that's holding you back? perhaps you could enlist a buddy to assist you and hold you accountable.
